Forty pounds down from the day before I gave birth three months ago. Thirty pounds to go to my goal weight <3
(Don’t mind How gross I look, this was right before I worked out.)
So This is as of today, I weigh 156 pounds. I want to lose about 25-30 pounds and look good in a bikini.Since I moved away from home I have gained 20 of the 30 pounds I lost last year. But I am trying to be motivated by working out every other day and trying to stick with a 1200 calorie diet. I want to finally like my body and feel comfortable in my own skin. I want to lose this weight by being healthier and eating better (or trying to). I just hope I can keep this motivation up.
C to D cup: A woman! Pretty lacy things, nice patterns, large variety.
Anything over a D cup: Beige. Lots and lots of beige.
10 push ups,
20 each side crunches,
20 each for each side of the 5 different butt excercises,
3 sets of 30 calf exercises,
and 20 squats.
now my knee is really hurting me.
well I tried to exercise tonight atleast.
(I try to exercise everyday.)
